Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer (an individual acting outside your trade or business), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Exception for digital content. Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun, meaning the licence key has been issued or the file has been downloaded. This applies when you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right this way. You give this consent when you complete your order.

If you have not downloaded the product yet and the key has not been activated, you can still withdraw. Email support@ocmasters.net with your order number, or use the model form below. We refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.

Business customers

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. Business purchases are covered by the conformity rules below.

If the product does not work

Separately from the above, if the product does not work as described on a supported OpenCart version:

1. Open a ticket in our support system and describe the problem.
2. We will fix it within a reasonable time, usually within 14 days.
3. If we cannot fix it, we will refund the price paid and deactivate the licence.

No refund is due when the problem is caused by:

• an unsupported OpenCart or PHP version;
• changes to the code;
• conflicts with third-party extensions or themes.

No refund is due either when the product works as described but does not meet expectations beyond its description.
